WHERE I CAN FIND USB INTERFACE PORT IN MY BMW?

The USB interface port required for the map update can be found in the glove box compartment. If there isn't USB interface port, then please use the USB interface port in the center console or in the storage compartment under center armrest.

WILL MY MAP UPDATE PROCESS BE LOST IF I STOP CAR AND TURN IT OFF?

No. When you continue your journey again after a stop, the map update process will automatically resumes (if USB drive is still connected).

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR BMW ROAD MAP:

1. Make sure or format USB flash drive to FAT32 format.
2. Download map update files and extract all files in folder and open the folder you extracted. Do not copy the whole
   folder. Only copy the files and folders INSIDE it.
3. Plug USB flash drive into your BMW USB port.
4. The iDrive system will automatically detect the map update and prompt you to enter the FSC Code and install it.
5. Enter map FSC code if needed.
6. Start update.
