1. Introduction

These terms govern use of the website and the purchase of digital licence keys from CD Keys Outlet, operated by Jānis Dobenbergs in Latvia. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the website

The website may be used only for lawful purposes. Unauthorised access, interference with the website or attempts to bypass security are prohibited.

3. Products and prices

We aim to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. The seller is not a VAT payer, therefore VAT is not added to the displayed price.

4. Purchase and payment

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product. Payment is due at checkout through the available secure payment providers.

5. Digital delivery

Licence keys are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate after payment and is guaranteed within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of withdrawal

The standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content such as licence keys that isn't supplied on a physical medium. This is because, by completing your purchase, you explicitly agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result. Specific refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Product names, software and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Licence keys may not be reproduced, distributed or resold unlawfully.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CD Keys Outlet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchased products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
